All services rendered are subject to the General Conditions of the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders (NSAB 2015). Our liability is limited under these terms. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation, including correct HS Codes, goods descriptions, customs values, country of origin, and all other details necessary for regulatory compliance and tax assessment.
Pursuant to the Norwegian Customs Act (Vareførselsloven), all goods delivered under customs supervision must remain untouched and may not be sold, utilized, or distributed until an official Customs Release (Utleveringsseddel) has been issued. The importer is responsible for ensuring goods are not disposed of prematurely.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all customer documents and technical data. Information is accessed only by authorized personnel or shared with relevant Norwegian government authorities (e.g., Tolletaten) as required for assessment. This email is intended solely for the addressee.
